After the excitement of the Cribden House Open Day on Good Friday Rossendale Leisure Trust are eager to announce that they will soon be bringing children & adult courses to the outdoor facility.
Activities planned for the summer include: Baby Yoga, junior football camps, Outdoor survival skills, Adult arts and crafts, Meditation sessions and much more.
The first two courses start on Wednesday 7th June.
The Outdoor Adventure Club will be aimed at 7 to 10 year olds and will include den making, fire lighting, nature studies and simple tool use to name a but a few of the exciting activities on offer. This will run on Wednesday’s 5pm – 6pm. Courses can be booked at The Adrenaline Centre in Haslingden.
Jodie Shenton, Community Engagement Manager said: “Having the opportunity to open this beautiful facility for community use is a really exciting step in our mission to promote a more active and healthy community. The Outdoor Adventure Club, for children, will provide a fantastic experience that will really help local youngsters to connect with nature and learn new skills.”
